- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new web hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable.
- If your hosting plan includes a free domain registration, the cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund. You can keep the domain and transfer it to another provider.
B. VPS and Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and dedicated server plans are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of resource allocation.
- If you experience technical issues and our support team cannot resolve them, we may consider offering pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
C. Domain Registrations and Transfers
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
